Founded by Camila Mendes Rocha, an attorney duly admitted to the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP No. 412,028), the firm emerged from the convergence of solid legal training and hands-on experience in addressing the most demanding challenges of the corporate and institutional environment. A graduate of the prestigious Faculty of Law of Franca, Camila pursued postgraduate studies in Corporate Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). Throughout her career, she has maintained a strong academic background, combined with continuous involvement in the firm’s strategic leadership and project development.
